We wanted to reach out and share the news that our very own sommelier Paul Einbund is launching a new educational series called the Cellar Series at The Morris – a host of interactive and themed wine and liqueur education classes led by Einbund himself – beginning on Saturday, May 20th with the inaugural class focus on “Chartreuse and Chartreuse Cocktails.

To commence the new Cellar Series on May 20th, Einbund will guide guests through a hands-on seminar of the liqueur's history, characteristics, varietals, distilling process, and offer insight on how to pair both Yellow and Green Chartreuse with food.
